Every tool, script, and function definition file incorrectly
stated in its header blurb:
“This file is part of a distribution SAM.”
These files are in fact part of SAM.handy, a separate
library of utilities designed for use with SAM, not part of the core
SAM distribution itself.
As a result, the license and distribution context was misleading.
